Caitlin Beach

Caitlin Beach has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caitlin is currently working at Kognito as a Regional Director, specializing in PK12 and Higher Education Sales. Caitlin joined the company in June 2021 and is responsible for helping institutions improve student mental health, retention, and academic performance through the use of Kognito role-play simulations.

Prior to their current role, Caitlin worked at Northwest X Southern Hospitality as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing from January 2018 to June 2021. Caitlin also served as the Head Women's Club Soccer Coach at the University of Oregon from August 2012 to March 2020, where they were responsible for coaching and managing the club soccer team.

Caitlin's previous experience includes working at The Hotel Group as an Area Director of Sales and Marketing from June 2015 to January 2018. Before that, they held positions at Hilton Garden Inn Eugene/Springfield, first as a Sales Manager from October 2011 to April 2013 and then as a Director of Sales from April 2013 to June 2015.

Throughout their career, Caitlin has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales and marketing, as well as their ability to lead and coach teams. Caitlin'swork experience showcases their adaptability and success in various professional settings.

Caitlin Beach attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing and Global Business.
