Stephan Gramlich

Stephan Gramlich currently serves as the Head of Customer Care & Technical Services at Koh Young Technology, Inc. since September 2019 and has been a Lecturer in Project Management at DHBW Mannheim since November 2015. Previously, Stephan held the position of Vice President Professional Services at ADTELLIGENCE GmbH from March 2018 to August 2019, focusing on AI-driven sales solutions. Prior to that, Stephan worked at SOBIS Software GmbH from September 2004 to February 2018, where roles included Head of Professional Services, Head of Products & Services, Head of Service Desk/Product Manager, and IT Consultant/Project Manager. Academically, Stephan earned an MBA in IT Management from the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar between 2010 and 2012 and obtained a Diploma in Business Informatics/Information Systems from DHBW Mannheim from 2001 to 2004.
