Kaushik Lakshminarayanan

Kaushik Lakshminarayanan is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Head of Supply Chain Delivery for South Asia at Kohler Co. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kaushik held significant positions at Signify, leading supply chain transformation initiatives across the APAC and MEA regions from April 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing complex projects, integrating business planning, and enhancing operational efficiency. Previous roles include demand planning leadership at both Signify and Philips Lighting, as well as a successful entrepreneurial venture with Smallwall Technologies. Kaushik's education includes an MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a B.E. (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
