Saranya Tangvitoontham

Saranya Tangvitoontham has extensive experience in operations and transformation management, currently serving as Director of the Kohler Operating System & Transformation Management Office at Kohler Co. since January 2008. Over the years, Saranya has held several key roles within the company, including Associate Director for both the Transformation Management Office and New Product Integration, as well as Plant Manager for WI Cast Iron Operations. Notable responsibilities include managing global operations in plastics, wood, and electronics, supervising pottery manufacturing operations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN and Six Sigma. Prior roles include positions at DTE Energy as an Engineering Intern and a similar role at Unilever. Saranya holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, supplemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
