Ty Staviski

Ty Staviski was appointed Chief Financial Officer in April 2023 and is responsible for all aspects of Kohler Co.'s global finance operations and partnering with the leadership team to maximize operating performance.

Ty has over 25 years of global leadership experience in several industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, and over fifteen years of experience in industrial power tools. Ty joined Kohler Co. from Milwaukee Electric Tool where he was Chief Financial Officer. He has also held leadership positions at General Electric Company and Newell Rubbermaid.

Ty earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
