Erin Kelbe, BBA, serves as the Director of Internal Communications at Kohl's, where leadership of the internal communications strategy has enhanced brand integrity and engagement among over 100,000 employees. With a proven track record in fostering alignment with business objectives, Erin has worked closely with C-suite executives to produce over 50 pieces of content annually, securing substantial budget support for internal initiatives. Previous roles at Kohl's include Senior Manager and Manager of Internal Communications, where strategic planning and channel innovation were key focuses. Erin's earlier experience includes public relations and marketing roles, as well as a position at Entertainment Cruises Inc., where Erin initiated the non-profit division and improved HR systems.
