Lauren van Lieshout

Lauren Van Lieshout is an experienced professional in talent development and education, currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Designer at Kohl's since March 2022, where Lauren leads long-term project management and consults on training needs. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Milwaukee College Prep School in various capacities including Lead Designer and Academic Dean, where responsibilities included hiring, onboarding, and facilitating professional development. As Intervention Coordinator, Lauren led data analysis and intervention planning, and previously served as a Classroom Teacher focusing on literacy in an urban charter school. Early career experience includes staffing coordination at Thompson Island Outward Bound and customer service at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction from Alverno College and an MA in Education from Mount St. Mary's University.
