Steve Thomas

Steve Thomas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management and compliance within the retail sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Kohl's, a seventeen-billion-dollar retailer with over 1,150 locations nationwide, Steve oversees the integrated risk and compliance program, addressing various strategic, operational, and cybersecurity risks. Prior to Kohl's, Steve held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at ShopKo Stores, Inc., where responsibilities included transactions, policy development, and litigation across multiple business areas. Steve holds a Law degree from Marquette University Law School and a cum Laude Bachelor of Science in Finance from Marquette University.
