About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join our team in a remote role based in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll be part of a team that is the financial heartbeat of everything at KOHO.

The Senior Finance Operations Analyst will play a key role in managing KOHO’s treasury Operations, including management of receivables financing, day-to-day fund settlements with banks and other stakeholders external financiers, cash forecasting, and related reporting activities. This role is crucial in maintaining KOHO's financial health and supporting our growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with financiers and external servicers to manage the end to end process of receivables financing through a Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV). Responsible for analysis of borrowing base calculations, processing of advance and pay down requests, waterfall calculations, and all reconciliations and reporting related to the financing agreements.
  • Assist in managing daily fund settlement operations including settlements with the partner banks, payment network and other stakeholders by gaining an in-depth understanding of KOHO’s inbound and outbound payment processing fund flows, including settlements with the card network.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and control requirements.
  • Ideate and participate in system implementation and process improvement projects as required.
  • Develop dashboards and regular reporting for senior management, and help in developing immediate, short and medium term cash forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team on the month-end close cycle.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferably in Treasury/Loans/Investment operations.  
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and data, and possess advanced proficiency in Excel. Database (SQL) or other programming knowledge is a plus.
  • You are attentive to details, and take pride in maintaining a high degree of accuracy in your work. 
  • You are adept at taking ownership of tasks and working independently to deliver results.
  • You love problem-solving and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to effectively convey your ideas to stakeholders at all levels.

Target Base Salary Range
$86,500$100,000 CAD
