Kayla Van Schyndel, CHRP has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Kayla began their career as a Marketing Intern at Pathstone Mental Health in September 2013. Kayla then transitioned to a Service Coordinator role at Saint Elizabeth Health Care in May 2009, where they worked until May 2015.

In August 2015, Kayla joined Predictive Success Corporation as a Manager of Human Resources and held this position until October 2018.

Kayla'snext role was at KOHO, a Canadian tech company, where they initially served as a People and Culture Lead from October 2018 to January 2021. In January 2021, they were promoted to the position of Manager of People and Culture. Kayla continues to work at KOHO in this role.

Kayla Van Schyndel, CHRP, has a diverse education history that spans several years. Kayla began their education journey in 2009 at Brock University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Corporate Communications. Kayla successfully completed their degree in 2014.

Seeking further specialization in their field, Kayla then enrolled at Niagara College in 2014 for a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Kayla completed this program in 2015, adding valuable knowledge and skills to their academic portfolio.

Furthermore, in 2012-2013, Kayla spent a period of time studying at Glasgow Caledonian University. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Business.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kayla holds several certifications. In September 2015, they obtained the certification as a Certified Predictive Index Analyst. Kayla also obtained a Joint Health and Safety Level 1 Certification from the Ontario Ministry of Labour in April 2015. Lastly, they hold a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation from the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association).
