Morgan Toane, ACC has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Morgan Toane, ACC, has an extensive education history focused on leadership, coaching, emotional intelligence, diversity, and adult learning and development. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Alberta in 2007. In 2013, Morgan completed a Certificate program in Adult Learning and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.

To further enhance their coaching skills, Morgan completed The Art and Science of Coaching program at Erickson Coaching International from 2016 to 2017. In the field of emotional intelligence, Morgan became a Six Seconds Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and Assessor through Six Seconds in 2019 to 2020.

In 2021, Morgan obtained a Leadership and Inclusion Certificate from Centennial College, specializing in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies. This further expands their expertise in creating inclusive environments.

Morgan has also obtained several certifications to strengthen their coaching practice. They completed the Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) from the International Coach Federation in 2017 and became an Erickson Certified Professional Coach. Additionally, Morgan achieved the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in 2020, demonstrating their commitment to professional excellence in coaching.

Furthermore, Morgan has pursued additional certifications to broaden their skill set. They obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2023 and completed the ORSC Team Coaching training series offered by Novalda | CRR Canada in 2022.
