Anna Liumaihetau Darling

Anna Liumaihetau Darling is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people experience management and development. Currently serving as General Manager of People Experience at Sharesies since July 2020, Anna has also held roles including Head of People Experience and Senior People Experience Advisor within the same organization. Additionally, since March 2022, Anna is a Founding Member of Excellent, an initiative dedicated to enhancing global Employee Experience. Previous positions include National Women’s Rugby Development Manager at New Zealand Rugby and various HR roles across multiple organizations, including the Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of Corrections in New Zealand. Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Honours in Management and Human Resources from Victoria University of Wellington.
