Ahmed Abdel-Mohsen

Ahmed Abdel-Mohsen has been working in the tech industry since 2016. In 2016 and 2017, they participated in Fekra Student Activity. In 2018, they worked as a Mobile Developer at GPlanet Technologies, where they worked with a team on developing eLearning mobile applications by Titanium SDK and participated in all phases of building products. In 2020, they joined Koinz as a Junior Android Engineer, where they played an effective role in building and developing a loyalty system and ordering app. Ahmed also implemented the most important features in the app and contributed to the full mobile application development lifecycle. Later that year, they were promoted to Mid-level Android Engineer, where they revamp the app by implementing Clean Architecture, Coroutines, Repository pattern, Koin DI, MVVM design pattern, Architecture Components, and other stuff of the latest technologies, build new libraries, and applied new UI design. Ahmed also migrated 85% java code base to 100% Kotlin and applied modularization to the single module app.

Ahmed Abdel-Mohsen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cairo University between 2014 and 2018. Ahmed previously attended Istiklal High School between 2012 and 2014. In 2018, they also obtained an Android Basics Nanodegree from Udacity.
