Ella Tkach - Dreazen

Ella Tkach-Dreazen is the Founder & CPO of KOIOS Tech and a Lecturer at IDC Herzliya. Previously, Ella was the CEO and Founder of MAGNA-Consulting, where Ella focused on helping clients bring their expertise and technologies to global markets. With experience in various roles related to international diplomacy and counter-terrorism, Ella has a strong background in strategic analysis and project management. Ella holds a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University and a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University.
