Adonis Damalis

Adonis Damalis has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2023. Adonis started their career as an intern at Cool ideas 123 plc, where they gained knowledge in property development and lending. In 2018, they worked as a Junior Analyst Intern at Canara Bank, gaining insights into assessing term and working capital loans. Adonis then worked as a Junior Financial Analyst Intern at Strategiq Capital, where they learned how to value a company's stock and assess its business strategy.

In 2020, Adonis took on a leadership role as COO and Co-Founder at Nova Connect, managing various functions and negotiating partnerships across different industries.

From 2021 to 2023, Adonis worked at Raft as a Global Customer Success Manager, managing a global portfolio of 20 customers and successfully surpassing upsell targets while restoring at-risk accounts.

Currently, Adonis is working at Kolleno as a Customer Success & Strategy role, where they are involved in streamlining credit control and collections processes while maintaining positive client relationships. As part of this role, they utilize automation and omnichannel communication to recover outstanding payments and optimize working capital.

Adonis Damalis pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Business with Enterprise and Innovation from the University of Edinburgh Business School during the period from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2014, they attended St John's College for their A levels, focusing on Mathematics, Economics, and History. Adonis began their academic journey in 2009 at Crawford International, where they completed their Matriculation and studied various subjects including Mathematics, Physical Science, Advanced Mathematics, History, and Geography until 2013.
