Luis Pérez Reyna has held a variety of roles in the sales and hospitality industries since 2016. Luis began their career at Westin Hotels & Resorts, where they were a Westin Club & IDR and was responsible for creating service manuals, implementing standardized processes, and supervising food and beverage equipment. Luis achieved several key accomplishments during their time there, including positioning the RW brand in Mexico, customer loyalty and repurchase, and certifying the training of 16 employees for quality of service. Luis then moved to Michael Page in 2018 as a Finance Consultant. In 2016, they joined Fibra Uno (FUNO) as the General Manager Mercado Gourmet Samara, where they were responsible for end-of-work supervision for premises, creating and implementing an operational strategy, and managing a team of 50 people. In 2019, they joined Robert Walters as a Sales Consultant, where they were responsible for B2B sales, prospecting new accounts, developing existing ones, creating and tracking P&L, creating strategies traded by sector, and candidate search and interviews. In 2021, they joined Crehana as a Sales Manager North Latam and Senior Sales Account Executive. Luis is currently at Koltin, where they hold the roles of Head of Sales and Senior Sales Manager.

Luis Pérez Reyna obtained a Licenciatura in Administration/Gestión hotelera from Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Ángel between 2012 and 2016.
