Lukasz Wolanin

Lukasz Wolanin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lukasz is currently working as the Custody Product Lead at Komainu - Next Generation Custodian since May 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they served as a Subject Matter Expert at RBC Investor & Treasury Services.

From 2016 to 2020, Lukasz worked at Citi where they held multiple roles including Custody Account Manager (AVP) and Collective Investments Services (CIS) Team Lead. In these positions, they were responsible for providing exceptional client and global custody services, managing due diligence visits and events, and supervising a team in Dublin.

Before joining Citi, from 2015 to 2016, they worked at Deutsche Bank as a Network Manager and Custody Fund of Funds Manager. Here, they ensured due diligence questionnaires preparation, managed market escalations, coordinated with stakeholders, and facilitated skills improvement through regular training sessions.

From 2011 to 2015, Lukasz worked at HSBC where they held the roles of Custody Supervisor - Custody Client Account Management and HSBC Team Manager. In these positions, they maintained securities and cash accounts, onboarded clients, built relationships with stakeholders, and managed business-owned network services.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Account Executive at BPCo Gartner representative in Poland from 2010 to 2011, an Account Manager at Dell from 2007 to 2010, and a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Direct Fuels LTD from 2006 to 2007.

Lukasz Wolanin's education history begins in 2000, when they attended the Health and Safety Technical School of Zgorzelec, where they obtained a Technician degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician. Lukasz then pursued further education at the University of Zielona Góra from 2001 to 2008, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Political Science with a specialization in Political Marketing.

In 2019, Lukasz enrolled in Dublin Business School and completed a Higher Diploma in Science in FinTech, focusing on Financial Technology, in 2020. Lukasz furthered their education at Dublin Business School from 2021 to 2022, earning a Higher National Diploma in Business.

Additionally, Lukasz obtained a certification in Agile Project Governance from Trigraph Intelligent Learning in October 2021.
