Sam C. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT. From 2015 to 2016, Sam worked as a Global Information Services (GIS) Intern at Caterpillar Inc. During this time, they were responsible for troubleshooting various IT issues and assisting with software installation. In 2017, Sam briefly worked as an IT Technician at Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. They then joined Willmott Dixon as an IT Management Trainee from 2017 to 2018. At Willmott Dixon, Sam gained experience as a Security Analyst, where they assessed and improved security controls, and as a Security Engineer, where they implemented and upgraded security controls in alignment with industry frameworks. In 2018, Sam worked as a Graduate SOC Analyst at Bulletproof (Cyber Security). From 2019 to 2021, Sam returned to Willmott Dixon, this time as a Security Analyst, providing security advice and oversight to IT activities. In 2022, Sam joined Komainu - Next Generation Custodian as a Cyber Security Engineer, responsible for ensuring the security and availability of the Microsoft Azure environment and managing vulnerability and patch management activities.

Sam C. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Forensic Computing from De Montfort University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
