Mike Koesterer

Mike Koesterer has extensive experience in the mining industry, with positions at Komatsu and Joy Mining Machinery. At Komatsu, they served as the Vice President of North American Mining Sales and National Accounts, overseeing $1.0 billion in sales. At Joy Mining Machinery, they held several leadership roles, including Vice President General Manager of the Western Region and the North Eastern Region. In these positions, they managed all aspects of operations, manufacturing, engineering, sales, distribution, finance, human resources, and administration for each respective region.
