Taisuke Kusaba

Taisuke Kusaba is Chief Operating Officer of Komatsu America Corp. He has been with the company since 1989 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including his most recent role as General Manager, Vehicle Development Center 3, Development Division. As a Komatsu Executive Officer, he has also been in charge of corporate strategy, specifically with respect to design and development of construction and mining equipment. He graduated from Japan’s Kyushu Institute of Technology in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also studied at Purdue University in Indiana.
