Adam Lance

Adam Lance is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in information security and network management. Serving as Senior IT Director and CISO at Komatsu since April 2017, Adam Lance has a strong background in developing security-focused departments and frameworks for compliance auditing. Prior to Komatsu, Adam Lance held various roles at Joy Global Inc. from October 2000 to March 2017, including Chief Information Security Officer and Director of Global Information Security. Adam Lance's career began at School District U-46, where roles included Network Analyst and WAN Administrator. Adam Lance is an alumnus of DePaul University, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2009.
