Koichi Honda

Koichi Honda is the current GM of Human Resources Department at Komatsu. Koichi has over 3 years of experience as a Senior Principal Business Process Analyst, during which they created team vision and mission, and designed financial effect management schemes to achieve management goals. Koichi has also led business cross-company projects, including the Automotive sales forecasting process standardization for Gross Margin improvement and mid-term R&D investments, and the MCU product design and quality management process improvement to accelerate the product development cost optimization. In their previous company, Renesas Electronics, they also led the organization development and KAIZEN / LEAN training.

Koichi Honda has a Master of Business Administration from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. Koichi's field is business, management, marketing, and related support services.

Koichi Honda reports to Hiroyuki Ogawa, President, CEO & Representative Director. They work with Tadashi Maeda - President and CEO, Komatsu Europe International N.V., Toshiro Okada - Executive Officer & GM, Komatsu Economic Strategy Research Center, and Norihiko Tanigawa - Executive Officer & Osaka Plant Manager, Production Division.
