Evelyn Maki has extensive experience in marketing communications and brand strategy. Evelyn has held multiple executive positions in various companies, including Komatsu Mining Corp. and Joy Global. At Komatsu Mining Corp., they served as the Vice President of Marketing Communications, where they led global marketing and communications operations and played a key role in brand positioning and driving awareness. Evelyn successfully increased the organization's online following by 300% within two years. At Joy Global, Evelyn was the Director of Marketing Communications, responsible for leading global marketing and overseeing rebranding campaigns. Evelyn also initiated digital marketing efforts, resulting in a significant increase in followers and click-through rates. Prior to these roles, Evelyn worked at CNH as a Brand Communications Project Manager, Sales Data Supervisor, Market Data Specialist, and Marketing Analyst. Evelyn has experience in event planning, budget management, media planning, and marketing analytics.

Evelyn Maki began their education journey in 2000 at Universidade Positivo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism. Simultaneously, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidade Federal do Paraná, which they completed in 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Evelyn attended Cardinal Stritch University, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration. In 2023 and 2024, Evelyn enrolled at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management to complete a Chief Marketing Officer Program, focusing on Marketing.
