Johan Hammerstrøm

Johan Hammerstrøm is a Senior Advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, serving as a speechwriter for the Minister of International Development since August 2016. Previously, Johan held positions as First Secretary at the Norwegian Embassy in Paris and Second Secretary at the Norwegian Embassy in Mexico City, along with completing a Foreign Service Trainee program. Johan's experience in journalism includes roles at E24.no, Greenpeace as Head Of Communication Norway, and several other prominent media outlets. Johan earned a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Bergen, alongside an exchange year at the University of Buenos Aires focusing on sociology, political science, and economics.
