Melissa O'Neal

Melissa O'Neal has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Melissa is currently working as an Area Vice President at Komodo Health, where they partner with customers to solve business challenges and achieve success across various teams. Prior to that, Melissa was the Managing Partner at 12th Union Group, where they focused on talent transformation, coaching, facilitation, and culture transformation for small to medium-sized organizations.

Melissa has also worked as a Consultant at SLAM Solutions Group, where they partnered with organizations to help them grow and scale their business. Melissa has held leadership positions at TRINITY, Galderma, and IntegriChain, where they developed and implemented strategies, managed key accounts, and delivered revenue growth.

Before that, they worked at UPS in various roles such as Director of Marketing, Data Manager, and Sales Operations. Melissa's skills and expertise lie in areas such as client success, analytics, product management, marketing, and sales operations.

Melissa O'Neal pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University, studying from 1993 to 1997.
