Tahmina Parvin, PHR, has an extensive and diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tahmina is currently serving as the Global Director of People Operations at Komodo Health since December 2022. In this role, they are responsible for translating business goals and strategies into scalable and adaptable processes. Previously, Tahmina worked as a Senior Manager of People Operations at Komodo Health, where they successfully implemented and optimized Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence systems. Tahmina also played a crucial role in scaling the People team and supported a merger and acquisition process. Prior to their work at Komodo Health, Tahmina served as a Human Capital Business Partner at TriNet, where they provided HR guidance and developed solutions and policies based on trends and metrics. Tahmina also worked as a Human Resources Manager at ESquared Hospitality, overseeing talent management and collaborating with the Operations team for new location openings. Prior to that, they held roles at Holland & Sherry, Beanstalk - Brand Extension Licensing Agency, Chowdhury's Tutorial, and New York University.
