Frank Paganini has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Frank started their career as a QA Localization Tester at Electronic Arts (EA) in June 2014, and later worked as Head of Customer Service at Mark Warner from November 2014 to April 2015. Subsequently, Frank joined Synthesis as an English Translator, Reviser, and Copy Editor from February 2015 to July 2019. During this time, they also worked at Keywords Studios - Montréal as an LQA from May 2016 to August 2019.

In 2020, Frank became an English Language Teacher at I.C. Taio, where they worked until June 2021. In 2021, they joined Mowi Space s.r.l. as a Usability, Content & Localization Specialist from July 2021. Moving forward, they worked at Explorial as a Trail Writer from March 2023, then transitioned to SIMKI SRL as an English Teacher from April 2023.

Currently, Frank Paganini is employed at komoot as an Outdoor Content & Collections Editor since May 2023.

Frank Paganini's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Frank completed their degree in Applied Linguistics from the Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators of the University of Bologna in 2014.

In 2019, Frank enrolled at the University of Nottingham and pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Computer Interaction. Frank completed their studies in this field in 2020.

Additionally, Frank has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they completed the "Adobe XD Essential Training: Design" program offered by LinkedIn. Prior to this, they obtained certifications in "Content Marketing Foundations" and "Marketing Strategy: SEO Content Writing," both from LinkedIn, in January 2023. Although the exact completion dates are not provided, Frank has also completed courses such as "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes," "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design," "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate," and "UX Foundations: Content Strategy." These courses were offered by Coursera.
