Dinda Richfiela

Dinda Richfiela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, career coaching, and legal affairs. Currently serving as a Career Coach at RevoU and a Human Resources Mentor at Dealls, Dinda specializes in guiding students in career planning and skill development. Dinda has been with Harian Kompas since 2012, holding various positions including Human Resources & Learning Development Manager, focusing on HR strategies, employee relations, and recruitment. As a university lecturer, Dinda teaches Business of Law and Workplace Management at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, contributing to both legal education and industry practices. Dinda holds a Master's degree in Business of Law from Universitas Trisakti and is pursuing an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
