Kajsa Frisell

Kajsa Frisell serves as Head of Key Account Management Europe at KONE since September 2022, having held various leadership roles in the company focused on key accounts in the Nordics and Scandinavia. Previous experience includes Vice VD at TH1NG, where responsibilities encompassed investor relations, operational projects, and mergers and acquisitions. Kajsa also served as CPO and COO at TH1NG Connective, driving the development department's establishment. Notable roles include senior consultant at B3 Automate, project and delivery leader for RPA implementations, and a policy expert within telecommunications at IT&Telekomföretagen. Kajsa possesses a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University and has supplemented education with studies in law and business at Uppsala University.
