Katarina Franke is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and executive recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Nordic & Baltics regions at KONE since June 2024. Previously, Katarina held several leadership roles at Tietoevry from March 2018 to July 2024, including Talent Acquisition Lead for Global Tietoevry Industry and Transform. Experience also includes positions as Business Unit Manager and Senior Executive Recruiter at SAM International, and as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Bleiken AB, focusing on the IT and Telecom sectors. As the Founder of KarriärAgenten, Katarina specialized in tech recruitment and intercultural leadership training.
