Katri Piirtola

Katri Piirtola is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in modernization, strategy execution, and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for KONE's modernization business in Europe, Katri Piirtola is responsible for growth and profitability while being a member of the KONE Europe leadership team. Previously, Katri Piirtola held several significant roles at Ahlstrom, including Global Head of Customer Experience and Transformation Program Leader for Order-to-Cash. Katri's consulting experience at McKinsey & Company and work at Nokia further solidified expertise in corporate strategy and operations. Katri Piirtola holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, complemented by studies at Grenoble INP - UGA.
