Antoni Sánchez

Antoni Sánchez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Country HR Manager for Spain and Portugal at Konecranes since January 2021, Antoni has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy and implementation across various industries. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Recticel, leading HR policy design and implementation in multiple production plants, and HR Manager positions at Mondi Consumer Packaging Ibérica, Grupo Antolin, TMS Aritex Cading, Plásticos Ta Tay, and Allied Signal SRS, where responsibilities ranged from performance evaluation systems to labor relations and workforce management. Antoni holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Diploma in Labor Relations from Universitat de Barcelona.
