Carsten Wittmer

Carsten Wittmer is an experienced professional in learning and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Learning & Leadership Development at Konecranes since April 2017. Wittmer also contributes as a Facilitator for the Pride & Allies Employee Resource Group and acts as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion. Prior to Konecranes, extensive experience was gained at Terex MHPS GmbH as a Senior Manager Training, and at DMG/GILDEMEISTER Group in various roles including Marketing & Business Development Manager and Project Manager for the Corporate Academy. Wittmer's career started as a Project Manager at unix Multimedia Agentur GmbH and as a Junior Account Manager at Agenta Agenturgruppe. Educational background includes a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Münster, credentials from Aalto University in the Konecranes Leader Program, and certification as a coach from Bridgehouse Coach Academy.
