Jukka Riihimäki

Jukka Riihimäki has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of crane manufacturing and operations. Jukka has held various leadership roles in different companies within the Konecranes group. Jukka started their career in 1993 at Konecranes Components Corp., where they worked as a Development Engineer and later held management positions in purchasing, assembly line, and component factory. In 2004, they moved to Konecranes Special Cranes Corp. as a Director of Global Purchasing and Manufacturing. In 2006, they joined Morris Material Handling Inc. as a Director, overseeing global purchasing and manufacturing operations before its acquisition by Konecranes. Jukka then returned to Konecranes and held roles such as Director of Crane Production Operations at Konecranes Finland Corp. and later became the Director, Head of Industrial Cranes Supply at the same company. Jukka also served as the Director, Head of Operations for Industrial Crane Solutions (ICS) at Konecranes Finland Corp. In 2015, Jukka became the Vice President of Operations in Europe at Konecranes Plc. until 2016. Jukka then took on the role of Vice President, Operations for Industrial Cranes EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) at Konecranes in 2017. Currently, Jukka is the Vice President, Industrial Crane & Products, responsible for delivery execution, crane manufacturing, and sales support globally in the Industrial Cranes & Products business unit at Konecranes. Jukka is also serving as the Vice President, Operations, Asia-Pacific for the company.

Jukka Riihimäki earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completing their education from 1988 to 1994.
