Lasse Toivonen

Lasse Toivonen has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent role being the Head of Data Protection at Konecranes. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Protection Officer at VR Group, where they provided guidance and support on various data protection matters. Lasse also held the position of Data Protection Manager at Konecranes, where they established and maintained the data protection program for the company. In addition, Lasse has experience in economics and statistics, having worked as an Economist and Analyst at the Association of Finnish Independent Education Employers and as a Research Intern at the Labour Institute for Economic Research. Lasse also has skills in data analysis, having worked as a Statistics Specialist at the Hypermedia Laboratory of the University of Tampere.

Lasse Toivonen obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics from the University of Jyväskylä between 2005 and 2010. Lasse also holds additional certifications including Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), Certified Information Privacy Manager, and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E). Additionally, they completed a course in R Programming through Coursera.
