Maria Dresvina

Maria Dresvina has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Process Owner for Logistics Services at Konecranes since March 2020. In this role, Maria develops and maintains processes to enhance service provider and warehousing performance, collaborates with IT for resource alignment, and trains the organization on logistics concepts. Previously, Maria worked as a consultant at Magna International, where responsibilities included analyzing business requirements and optimizing processes in SAP applications. At Mars, Maria held roles as a Regional Innovation Project Manager and Operation Business Manager, leading cost-saving projects and coordinating production plans. Earlier experience includes positions at Wrigley and FM Logistic, focusing on cost control and customer service management. Maria holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Petersburg University.
