Renee Kaspar

With more than 20 years of experience in global talent and people management at the world’s leading tech and healthcare companies, Renee leads the People Function at Koneksa. Prior to joining Koneska, Renee held executive roles at Amazon, Fidelity, and Thomson Reuters serving as an HR Divisional Leader helping to manage core technology builds at these companies. Before her work in the technology sector, she spent roughly 10 years in healthcare leading change efforts at Pfizer, CIGNA, and GE Healthcare as those companies navigated large scale M&A and transformative efforts. Most recently, Renee spent the past few years as a Chief People Officer at growth-oriented startups, both building and evolving the function.
