Nichol Bamuza has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2013 when they became a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society Asia Pacific. In 2014, they completed vacation work as an Engineering Trainee at SABMiller. In 2017, they were a Control and Automation Technical Trainee Africa at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they gained experience in PLC programming. In 2018, they were listed as one of the final 1250 candidates in Africa to represent South Africa with a start-up contributing to the educational sector in The Tony Elumelu Foundation. In 2019, they were a Control Engineer at Kingspan Insulated Panels, UK & Ireland and a Control Engineer - Analytics Product Development at CooperVision. Nichol is currently a Lead Application Engineer at Konektio since 2022.

Nichol Bamuza attended The Kings School West Rand from 2007 to 2011, earning a High School degree. From 2012 to 2016, Nichol attended the University of Cape Town, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
