Vince Russo

Vince Russo has a wide range of work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Solutions Engineer at Kong Inc. Since March 2020, they have been responsible for informing clients on the value of decentralized apps backed by a robust API management platform. Prior to that, Vince worked as a Platform Architect at Pivotal Software, Inc. from November 2015 to March 2020, where they specialized in platform architecture and worked closely with Mike Wright.

Before their time at Pivotal, Vince served as a Senior Consultant and Instructor at Open Source Architect from July 2014 to October 2015. During this role, they provided consulting services and delivered training on open source solutions for enterprise software engineering, with a focus on Pivotal's Core Spring Java development framework and Pivotal Cloud Foundry. Vince also worked with Cloudbees Jenkins, the premiere continuous integration platform.

Prior to that, Vince worked as a Software Developer at SalesFUSION from September 2013 to June 2014, where they supported small projects and one-off developments for the SalesFUSION platform. Vince also has experience as a Staff Software Developer at Janus Research Group from May 2009 to September 2013, where they developed virtual soldiers and supported the Biometrics and Forensics project.

Vince's earliest work experience is as a Technical Recruiter at Think Resources from May 2008 to January 2009, where they were responsible for reviewing resumes and managing the recruitment process.

Vince Russo attended Clemson University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In addition to their academic education, Vince obtained several certifications, including Developing Apps with Pivotal Cloud Foundry in March 2015, Cloud Foundry ICM in January 2015, and Core Spring Java Framework in October 2014, all from Pivotal Software, Inc.
