Gabriele Spies

Gabriele Spies has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. They started their career at OSRAM in 2003, where they held the role of Responsible HR until 2011. They then worked as a Team Assistant - Re-entry at OSRAM from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Spansion, which later became Cypress Semiconductor. At Cypress Semiconductor, they held the position of Sr Staff HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2019, and subsequently became the Principal HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Kongsberg Automotive as an HR Director, a role they have held since July 2021.

Gabriele Spies completed a Master's degree in economic science from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2008. In 2013, they obtained a Specialist certification in German employment law from IHK Saarland. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, Gabriele completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Management Assistant at Siemens.
