Miranda Kmieciak

Miranda Kmieciak, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Benefits Specialist at R+L Global Logistics, overseeing benefits, leave of absences, and worker's compensation claims for a logistics company. Additionally, Miranda has held a long-term position as a Computer Lab Assistant and English Tutor at the College of Central Florida since 2014, providing tutoring and technical support to students. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Assistant Operations at Neighborhood Storage Center, where Miranda managed various operational tasks including marketing, property showings, financial documentation, and scheduling. Miranda holds an Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from the College of Central Florida, earned between 2014 and 2016.
