Loren Dunn

Loren Dunn is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in automotive and electronics fields. Currently serving as Engineering Validation Manager at Kongsberg Automotive North America since February 2019, Loren previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager, Test/Validation at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. from January 1998 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing accredited EMC laboratories and overseeing test system hardware/software design. Additional experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at AVL and Ford Motor Company, focusing on engine dynamometer software and engine control firmware development, respectively. Loren began the career as an Electronics Technician at Control Electronics, with roles in telecom electronics design and network hardware/software. A graduate of Lawrence Technological University, Loren holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
