Arne Midelfart

Arne Midelfart has a diverse work experience in various fields. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Higher Executive Officer at the Norwegian Ministry of Justice. Arne then served as a Deputy Judge at both the Nord-Østerdal District Court and the Oslo District Court. In 2004, Midelfart joined the law firm Thommessen as an Associate. Arne later became a Group Tax Manager at Telenor ASA in 2006 and served in that role until 2015. During this time, they also worked as a Consultant to Management at DTAC in 2013. From 2011 to 2015, Midelfart was a Member of the Lawyers Disciplinary Council. In 2015, they became the Head of Tax Department at Digi Telecommunications, where they worked until 2018. Midelfart then joined Telenor as the Director Group Tax before becoming the Head of Tax at KONGSBERG in 2019.

Arne Midelfart obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2011 to 2013. During the same period, they also acquired a Certified European Financial Analyst qualification from the same institution. Prior to this, they pursued a Law degree (Cand jur) at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1993 to 1999. It is also worth noting that they have an additional certification called Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme from INSEAD, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are not provided.
