Caroline Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Caroline currently serves as the Group Vice President of Business Development at KONGSBERG since 2022. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Eksportkreditt Norge AS for eight years, where they held the position of Senior Transaction Manager. Their responsibilities included project management, team leadership, and providing export financing to companies in Norway and abroad. Caroline gained extensive international experience in sovereign and corporate transactions in Africa, Asia, and South America.

From 2012 to 2014, Caroline worked at Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, first as a Real Estate Transaction Manager and then as a Business Development & Strategy Manager. Their role involved leading and coordinating strategic projects in various business areas, such as new business opportunities, value chain improvements, M&A, and operational improvements. Caroline also focused on strategic alliances, benchmarking, and international expansion mapping.

Prior to joining Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, Caroline worked at Handelsbanken Capital Markets as a Director of Corporate Finance from 2007 to 2011 and at Dresdner Kleinwort as an Associate in Corporate Finance from 2001 to 2007.

Caroline Goodwin pursued their education from 1997 to 2001 at Durham University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics with French. After a considerable gap, they enrolled in 2019 at BI Norwegian Business School for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Global Business.
