Manon Corthals

Manon Corthals is an experienced professional currently serving as the owner of Rubor since April 2024 and as a Management Assistant at Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems since May 2023. Manon is also the founder of Mood & Food, where a holistic approach is emphasized to restore balance through healthy nutrition, movement, relaxation, and sleep. Previously, Manon worked as a Health Coach at Food & Fit from September 2021 to April 2023, and volunteered at Caballo vzw in July 2020. Manon’s educational background includes a degree in Orthopedagogie from HOGENT, alongside training from Syntra AB and the Natura Foundation.
