Dexin Shi

DeXin Shi serves as the Global Director of Customer Success at KONICA MINOLTA, INC., leading the global customer success strategy for the IT business unit since 2018. Concurrently, DeXin also provides consulting services at Zettar Inc. and has held key roles at SAP from 2013 to 2018, including leadership in GTM, CX, and product innovation. Previous positions include Senior Product Manager at Vuclip, Director of Product Marketing at Zettar Inc., and Co-Founder and VP of Product & Operation at AZC Inc., a pioneering web hosting company founded in 1995. DeXin Shi holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Antwerp.
