Maarten Vaags

Maarten Vaags has extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Maarten started their career in 1993 as an HR advisor at the department for Justice. Maarten then worked as a Consultant at Interselect from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, they became an Interim Human Resources Manager at HR advies. From 2001 to 2003, Maarten worked as an Account Manager and Managing Consultant at PiMedia. Maarten then became the director and owner of PiCompany from 2003 to 2012. Following this, they joined GITP | Geeft inzicht en ontwikkeling as a Senior Consultant and Commercial Director from 2013 to 2014. Since 2015, Maarten has been working at Vopak in various roles, including HR Manager, Manager HR Services & Management Development Europe & Africa, and currently as the Global Talent Director.

Maarten Vaags obtained a master's degree in organizational psychology from Utrecht University, graduating between 1987 and 1994.
