Michael Haddad

Michael Haddad is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product management, data science, and engineering. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Konko AI since May 2023, Michael previously held the role of Director of Product & Data Science at Retain.ai, leading teams to develop Workflow Intelligence products. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at C3.ai, where Michael directed the growth of the C3 AI Reliability product, and Senior Vehicle Program Manager at Bird. As a co-founder of Carriage, Michael developed software solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Michael's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and advanced degrees in electrical engineering from UCLA and the University of Florida.
