Tyler M. began their work experience as a Teaching Assistant for Statistics at Queen's School of Business in 2015. Tyler later worked as an Event Management Coordinator at the same institution. In 2016, they joined KPMG Canada as a Staff Accountant/Consultant Intern before becoming a Fellow at Venture for Canada. Tyler then worked as a Research Analyst in Technology at Smith School of Business At Queen's University. Tyler moved on to roles at Konrad Group, starting as a Consultant and progressing to Senior Manager, Strategy & Technology, and eventually to Associate Vice President. Throughout their career, they demonstrated leadership, management, analytical skills, and led international teams, delivering technology solutions to Fortune 1000 clients.

Tyler M. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Queen's University. Tyler also has completed various courses in Data Science, Web Development, Data Analytics, and Google Analytics at BrainStation. Additionally, Tyler has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In 2023, Tyler obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
