Natalia Shipilova

Natalia Shipilova is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Since December 2014, Natalia has served as the Human Resources Director at the Kontinental Hockey League. Additionally, Natalia has been an HR Business Partner for the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee since June 2011. Previous roles include Event Services Deputy Staffing Manager at London 2012, HR Administration Manager/HR Manager for AstraZeneca in the CIS region, and HR Manager at Capital Group. Natalia holds a degree from Moscow Pedagogical State University, completed from 1990 to 1996.
